How do I place an order?

Does your price included Australian GST?
Yes. All our prices include 10% GST
How much are duties & taxes?
For sales within Australia, Goods and Services Tax (GST) are payable.
For sales outside of Australia, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of goods. For further information please consult your local customs authority.
Is it safe to use my credit card on Designer Showcase?

What Are your Payment Options & Delivery?
Designer Showcase accepts MasterCard and Credit Card and PayPal, all payments are processed in AUD for both Australian & International orders. We also accept bank deposit or transfer and Australia Post Money Order and Bank Cheque (Australian orders only). Banking details will be forwarded after the order has been processed.
Payment should be made within 3 days of invoice, on limited items within 24 hours.

How quickly will I get my order?
If you have a special order for a birthday or other special occasion please contact us as soon as possible and Designer Showcase will endeavour to fill that request.

In order to provide customers with the quickest possibly delivery, we ship all orders within 3-4 days, unless notified otherwise, after order details have been verified and payment has been received.

You will receive an email stating the invoice has been processed once the payment clears.
You will receive an email once the item/s have been despatched stating the invoice is completed.
You will receive you delivery according to standard delivery time. Dispatch is from Melbourne Australia so allow 3 to 4 days within Australia and 10 days for overseas deliveries. Depending on the availability of the item.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping cost and method used (Australia Post) and combining postage.
All deliveries will be made by registered post.
Shipping within Australia is FREE of charge for all jewellery items and $10 for all handbags. .
For overseas shipping orders will be charged at a flat rate of $25AUD.

Do you ship orders outside Australia?
Yes. We Ship to most international destinations including Canada, Singapore, Italy, France, New Zealand United Kingdom and United States of America. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

What is your Returns Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange.
  • All items must be in new and unused condition
  • Email us as soon as possible at sales@designershowcase.com.au to indicate that you are returning the item and the reason for doing so.
  • All returns must be done within 7 days for Australia and 21 days from overseas.
  • All returns must be via registered post or similar
